Get a taste of Graduate Programmes with this exciting Internship. It may only last the summer, but you’ll pack plenty in. Depending on your interests and area of study, you could be based in either one of our Head Office functions or within our Engineering department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll complete projects, business as usual tasks, and activities that make a real difference to our business - all while working alongside knowledgeable colleagues who’ll guide and support you. It’s a true experience of what it is like to work in a corporate environment. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to build your network with the Graduate community and learn about other areas of the business too. We’ve always been interested in different perspectives and viewpoints. Fresh thinking and new ideas. So we encourage applicants from any degree field.

Selection Process
- Step 1 – Click apply to visit our Discover & Prep hub. You will need to complete a Pre-Application Task before you apply.
- Step 2 - Once you have completed the activities on our Discover & Prep hub, you can begin your application.
- Step 3 – Once your application has been submitted, you will be invited to complete some online assessments.
- Step 4 – Successful candidates will then be invited to complete a Video Interview to assess your motivation and fit for the role. You will be invited to this stage in November.
- Step 5 - If you reach the final stage, you will be invited to Waterside for an Assessment Centre where you will complete an interview and work-related exercises. This is due to be in early December.
Across all stages of the application process, if you fail to submit by the deadline, your application will be automatically withdrawn.
