City University of London School of Health & Medical Sciences Dean's Scholarship for Academic and Clinical Excellence 2026

The School of Health & Medical Sciences is offering Dean's Scholarships to UK/Home fee paying students starting one of our eligible MSc programmes in September 2026 or January 2027 who can demonstrate academic excellence. Scholarships are offered at both our Clerkenwell and Tooting Campuses, please see below for courses available at each campus.

You may be eligible to apply for a scholarship of £1,500 to £3,000.

For successful applicants, the total scholarship amount will be awarded to full-time students in the form of a fee waiver from the second fee instalment. For part-time students, half of the amount will be awarded in the form of a fee waiver in the first year and half in the second year of study (again coming off the second fee instalment.

Requirements

• Be self-funded and not in receipt of any other scholarships (except the Graduate Loyalty Discount)
• Be entering their first year of postgraduate study on one of our post-registration (clinical) MSc programmes
• Be entering your programme of study as a Home fee paying student. Or EU nationals with settled or pre-settled status
• Have an unconditional offer before applying.

Please note this scholarship does not include the following pre-registration courses (for information on available scholarships, contact the pre-registration team at [email protected]):

• MSc Speech and Language Therapy
• MSc Adult, Child or Mental Health Nursing.

How To Apply

• The deadline for September 2026 applications is Friday 4th September 2026 at 12:00 (BST)
• The deadline for January 2027 applications is Friday 8th January 2027 at 12:00 (GMT).

Applications are considered on a rolling basis throughout the academic year. They are awarded on a first come, first served basis, so early application is advised.
