The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) invites applications for a fully funded PhD project investigating the late-effects of paediatric cancer treatment. This research will harness real-world datasets to better understand long-term cancer risks in survivors of childhood cancer.
Full tuition fee coverage
£26,050 Stipend funded by NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research)
Research training and supervision at the Sutton campus
Access to national health datasets and collaborative networks
A strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a related discipline
Evidence of interest or experience in medical data analysis
Ability to develop and apply statistical methodologies to real-world datasets
A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate degree (or equivalent); a master’s degree is an advantage
