Requirements
- For this tuition fee discount to apply, applicants must be solely foreign fee payers and fully self-funding. Applicants will not be considered for a scholarship if their costs are covered by their employer, a private provider, or the government, or if they are already receiving a Durham University scholarship (such as Team Durham). A scholarship offer is void if external support is not disclosed. Please be aware that the Postgraduate Master's Loan is not included in this.
- The ability to engage in marketing and communications initiatives (Scholarship Commitments) on behalf of their faculty or Durham University is a requirement for applicants. In addition to participating in and attending Open Events and webinars, and serving as a class representative, these may also entail testimonials and public relations possibilities.
Excluded subjects:
- All Business School programmes at all levels
- Undergraduate Law programmes
- Any second year of a taught postgraduate programme
- PGCE
- PGCERT (Education)
- MA - Conservation of Archaeological and Museum Objects
- All research postgraduate programmes
- MSW - Social Work
- Graduate Diplomas

To be considered for one of the Undergraduate or Postgraduate Taught Durham University International Scholarships (tuition fee discounts) for 2023 entry, applicants must:
- Complete the appropriate programme application process in full
- Be in receipt of a conditional offer
- Accept the offer by deadlines specified.
No separate application is required. Once an offer of a place is made to an applicant, they will automatically be considered for a scholarship without the need for a separate application process to be completed.
