This PhD offers hands-on training in high-demand research and engineering skills, including: artificial intelligence, data fusion, robotics, metrology, software development, research and communication.
This project is an exciting opportunity to undertake industrially linked research in partnership with the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). It will be based within the Intelligent Automation Centre (IAC) of the Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering, Loughborough University which amongst its wider research interests is renowned for cutting edge research in applied metrology and robotics.
