The UK International Scholarship will award Undergraduate students who join Northumbria at Level 4 (the first year of an Undergraduate degree) and those who join with advanced entry to Level 5 and Level 6 a £3,000 tuition fee discount.

Requirements
To be eligible for the Northumbria UK International Scholarship, you must:
- Be an International student with ‘Overseas’ fee status
- Be currently studying one of the following qualifications within the UK, at a UK based institution:
- A Level 3 International Foundation Programme / Foundation Year / UK A-Level equivalent*
- A Level 4 International Year One programme
- A Level 5 HND or Foundation Degree
- *This will typically be UCAS tariff qualifications such as A-Levels, BTEC, Access. Final eligibility at the discretion of the Admissions Team
- Be a self-funded student (not in receipt of any sponsorship)
- Be accepted on a Full-Time Undergraduate course at the Newcastle Upon Tyne campus, in September 2026
- Meet all individual course requirements
