The MSc Dental Public Health Aubrey Sheiham Scholarship at UCL 2026

The UCL Research Department of Epidemiology and Public Health offers one Aubrey Sheiham Scholarship for overseas students in financial need to full-time students undertaking the MSc in Dental Public Health. The award will commence in September 2026 and the scholarship will consist of £12,000, which will be first applied towards the recipient’s tuition fees. The recipient will be expected to secure the remaining part of their tuition fees and to cover their living costs. This scholarship is funded by generous philanthropic donations.

Requirements

Candidates must commit to pursue the full-time UCL MSc in Dental Public Health and must have received an unconditional offer of admission at the time of the Scholarship application deadline. 

Selection Process

  • Awards will be made on the basis of financial need, experience, qualifications and future academic potential, which will be assessed by curriculum vitae and personal statement.
  • Depending on the number of applications received, shortlisted candidates may be invited to an online interview.
  • The Scholarship will be awarded upon the recommendation of an academic selection panel chaired by the Head of the Dental Public Health research group, Professor Richard Watt
