The University of Lincoln’s Africa Scholarship is designed to help students from across Africa to access postgraduate level study at the University of Lincoln. The Africa Scholarship is offered as a tuition fee discount against the cost of a postgraduate taught programme commencing in the 2025/26 academic year.

The Africa Scholarship is valued at GBP £4,000 - £5,000
Requirements for University of Lincoln Masters Scholarship Qualification
- Students should be a national of, or have permanent residence in, Africa (excluding Egypt).
- Students must hold a conditional or unconditional offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught program commencing in September 2025 or January 2026.
A £5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
- Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
A £4,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
- Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
