The China Scholarship is valued at £4,000 - £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount during the first year of their studies.
Requirements
In order to be eligible to receive the China Scholarship prospective students must meet the following criteria:
- Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, mainland China.
- Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2025 or January 2026.
A £5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
- a) Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
A £4,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
- a) Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
b) Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
