If you are a fully self-funded international student who has studied for an undergraduate degree at the University of Surrey campus in Guildford, you may be eligible for a 20% discount on the first year of fees for the Medicine (Graduate Entry) BMBS programme, starting in September 2025.
The discount of 20% only applies to the first year of the Medicine (Graduate Entry) BMBS programme.
In order to be eligible applicants must:
Students graduating in the summer of 2025 may be eligible, as well as alumni from previous years, on receipt of evidence of the award from Surrey and where we can identify that you studied in Guildford.
Associated institution students are not eligible
The University will identify eligible students, so there is no application form for this scheme.
For eligible students, you must have firmly accepted your offer and enrolled on the course in September 2025. If you pay any tuition fees in advance, then the twenty per cent discount (based on the full fee amount for 2025/26) is deducted from the remaining balance.
This means the tuition fee invoice, which will be emailed to your university email account sometime during October/November 2025 will reflect the actual balance due.
