Academic Achievement Scholarship at Bournemouth University 2023

The Academic Achievement Scholarship recognises outstanding academic achievement among our postgraduate applicants. To qualify for this award, you need to demonstrate an excellent academic profile that is relevant to your course.

This award is subject to you providing evidence of your results and meeting the eligibility criteria. The fee reduction will appear when you pay your fees during online registration, so long as you have uploaded evidence of your qualifications in myHub before the end of January in the following year (for those enrolling in September) and the end of June (for those enrolling in January).

Successful applicants of the Academic Achievement Scholarship will receive a £2,000 tuition fee reduction.

Requirements for Bournemouth University Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

  • Applicants can be any UK, ROI or CI student applying for a full-time taught postgraduate degree or Master's by Research at BU, delivered on campus.
  • Candidates need to have upper second-class honors (2:1) or above from a Bachelor's degree, or CPE with a merit profile.
  • Applicants for the Postgraduate Diploma Legal Practice (LPC) and Graduate Diploma in Law (CPE) are eligible for this award.
  • Students can receive this scholarship alongside a Sports or Music scholarship, but cannot receive any other academic award.
