Anglia Ruskin University Sports Scholarship 2025

Scholarships are available to students competing in our performance sports of basketball and volleyball – in exceptional circumstances, we will also consider applications from those participating in individual sports and competing at the highest levels. All sport scholars enjoy free access to our campus fitness centres in Cambridge and Chelmsford.

Benefits

There are two levels of scholarship, ranging from £1,400 up to £12,500 per year.

Requirements

• Applicants must meet the entry requirements for the chosen course.
• Applicants must be a UK, EU, or international student.
• Applicants must be studying an undergraduate or postgraduate taught course at Cambridge, Chelmsford, or ARU Peterborough campuses.
• Applicants must be competing at the regional or national level to qualify for our Elite Level scholarship.
• Applicants must be competing at the national or international level to qualify for our Podium Level scholarship.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate that you’ll have a significant impact on the performance of the sports team you join at ARU (if applicable) and/or on BUCS points.
