The University of Lincoln’s Canada Scholarship is designed to help students from Canada to access postgraduate level study at the University of Lincoln. The Canada Scholarship is offered as a tuition fee discount against the cost of a postgraduate taught programme commencing in the 2026/27 academic year.

Benefits

The Canada Scholarship is valued at £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount in the first year of their studies. 

Requirements

In order to be eligible to receive the Canada Scholarship, prospective students must meet the following criteria:

• Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, Canada.
• Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2026 or January 2027.
• Have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University.

Students joining a Pre-Master’s programme will be entitled to receive the scholarship when they move onto their main programme.
