Our Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarships offer funding awards to international students across a variety of postgraduate taught programmes. Awards between £3,500 to £10,000 will be awarded to eligible postgraduate-taught students and will be offered in the form of a tuition fee discount.

This scholarship is available for students joining Cardiff University in January 2025 and September 2025.
To be awarded a Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship you must meet, or exceed, the conditions of your offer (including any English language requirements) by:
Eligible applicants initially awarded unconditional offers will automatically be granted the scholarship.
Scholarship awards are subject to meeting the criteria and deposit deadlines as set out in the terms and conditions for each intake.
You will automatically be awarded the appropriate funding as long as you meet our eligibility criteria as set out in the terms and conditions for your intake:

International applicants from eligible countries who accept an offer for selected postgraduate programmes and pay any required deposit by the date specified on their offer letter will automatically be considered for the Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship.
