One scholarship is available for a new full-time or part-time student with Home or International fee status. The scholarship is a tuition fee reduction and contribution to living costs.

The Holocaust Research Institute is housed within the Department of History and boasts an active and stimulating research culture for postgraduate students.
The scholarship is named in honour of Professor David Cesarani OBE, who died in 2015. Professor Cesarani was an integral part of the Holocaust Research Institute and one of the world's foremost authorities on Jewish history and the Holocaust.

The scholarship is a tuition fee reduction and contribution to living costs to the value of £10,000. (Living costs contribution will only apply if the tuition fee is less than £10,000).
Your statement will be judged on how effectively and convincingly you respond to the above.

You must provide a written academic reference letter (up to 200 words). This must be submitted from an academic who has previously supported, taught or worked with you (on official headed paper). Please ask the academic to email their reference letter directly to [email protected]
