Requirements

• Must be a UK student.

• Must be a first-year student starting in September 2025.

• Must be enrolled in the MOptom (IP) Optometry with Independent Prescribing programme at Glasgow Caledonian University.

• Must come from a disadvantaged background (as defined by the university's criteria).

Selection Process

Scholarship recipients will be selected by Boots, the GCU Foundation and the GCU Optometry course leaders based on

• financial need,

• motivational reasons.
