In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, the University of Worcester is offering two scholarships to students in China and Malaysia applying for one-year postgraduate courses.
The GREAT Scholarships 2026 programme, launched by the British Council together over 60 UK universities, supports postgraduate students to access world-class UK higher education opportunities. The scholarship programme offers financial support of a minimum of £10,000 to students pursuing one-year postgraduate study in the UK.

Benefits
- £10,000 towards tuition fees for one-year master’s programmes to students from China & Malaysia who will enrol into University of Worcester in September 2026.
Requirements
- Applicants must be passport holders of China or Malaysia and assessed as international for fees purpose
- For September 2026 entry, applicants must have applied, accepted a place and met all the conditions of their offer by 31 May 2026
- Applicants must not be in receipt of any other source of funding from an external funding body
- Applicants who have applied for distance learning programmes are not eligible.
- The GREAT scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship or bursary
