The Jack Hirst Scholarship provides full overseas tuition fees and a living stipend (UKRI rate) to one Nigerian national applying for a full-time Chemistry Master’s course at Imperial College London for the 2025/26 academic year. Eligible applicants must be currently studying or researching Chemistry at a Nigerian institution and must have received an offer by 23 May 2025. Candidates must also email the Chemistry Department to express interest in the scholarship by the same deadline.
Successful applicants will receive full tuition fees at the Overseas rate and a stipend equivalent to the annual UKRI rate
The Scholarship is only available to Nigerian nationals who are studying/researching in the field of Chemistry at a Nigerian academic institution at the time of application. Applicants need to have received an offer for a place on a Chemistry Masters course for 2025 entry by the scholarship deadline of 23.59 (UK local time), 23 May 2025. Applicants need to formally email ([email protected]) the Chemistry Department to let them know they would like to be considered for this scholarship by the deadline.
Please note: This scholarship is not available to continuing students.
