International PG Merit Scholarship (B) at University of East Anglia 2026-2027

This scholarship is an automatic award for students paying overseas fees joining an eligible postgraduate programme at UEA.

This award is for nationals of, or students domiciled in: Colombia, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Kenya, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.

This award is worth:

• £5,500 - if you achieve the equivalent of UK 2:2 bachelor’s degree classification*

• £6,500 - if your final undergraduate grade is equivalent to at least UK 2:1 bachelor’s degree classification*

Requirements

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

• Be paying International Fees
• Be from or domiciled in the aforementioned countries
• Must have at least an equivalent of UK 2:2 bachelor’s degree classification

The following courses are not eligible:

• Any MBBS course
• Any Integrated Masters
• MSc Occupational Therapy
• MSc Physiotherapy
• MSc Plant Genetics and Crop Improvement
• MSc Global Plant Health
• MA The Arts of Africa, Oceania and The Americas
