The Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage Events Scholarship was created by a group of leading events professionals, who were keen to deliver measurable change to the sectors they love. The scholarship has been established to increase diversity in the events, hospitality and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions sectors.

£5,000 a year for up to three years.
Requirements
- Be from a Black, Asian or minority ethnic background.
- Hold a firm offer to study a new full-time course in the 2025/26 academic year, excluding foundation year and distance learning, in BA (Hons) Events Management.
- Have a household income of £42,875 or less. We’ll check this against your Student Finance application. Please contact us if you will not be applying to Student Finance for a maintenance loan.
- Be a UK student - English, Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish - paying the standard full-time fees, and have a UK Student Support Number.
- Pay for your course yourself, including through a student loan or a payment from your parents. Your course fees must not be paid by a business, charity or other organisation.
