The International Postgraduate Scholarship by Manchester Metropolitan University provides financial support to postgraduate students from outside the UK who will pay full overseas tuition fees.

£1,500 in the first year of study. 

Requirements

• Applicants must hold an offer for a taught postgraduate programme (180 credits) delivered by the Business School at Manchester Metropolitan University.
• This offer is only available for programmes commencing in September 2025 or January 2026.
• Eligible applicants will be awarded a £1,500 scholarship.
• Students studying part-time will be eligible for the scholarship, provided they pay overseas fees. The scholarship will be awarded on a pro-rata basis, in proportion to the tuition fees charged, which means they will receive a proportion of the scholarship in each year of their course.
• International qualifications will be compared with Manchester Metropolitan University’s internal guidelines and all decisions made by the University’s Admissions Department regarding degree classifications are final and cannot be appealed.
• Only courses being taught on the Manchester campus are eligible. 
• Applicants must be self-funding and classified as overseas students for tuition fee purposes.
• Applicants must successfully meet all conditions set for entry into their chosen course of study.

Exclusions

The following programmes or categories of programmes are excluded from this scholarship offer:

• Programmes that do not meet the criteria listed above
• Programmes delivered by the Manchester Law School
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Sport Directorship (MSD)
• Any other postgraduate programme that does not lead to a masters degree
