Requirements
To be considered for the up to 50% scholarships applicants must:
- be assessed as international for fee purposes
- hold an offer for an eligible Master’s degree programme?at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2026/27 academic year
- already have or expect to receive the equivalent of an upper second-class UK honours degree or above
Eligible candidates will be assessed according to evidence of academic ability, evidence of commitment to studies and quality of application.

- Applications must be submitted through the University’s?Apply to Newcastle Portal under the ‘scholarship applications’ section.
- You must already hold an offer to study at the University to apply. If you apply before midnight UK time on the first closing date we aim to let you know the outcome within 4 weeks after that closing date. If you apply after the first but before the second closing date then you will get your result 4 – 6 weeks after the second closing date.
