The scholarship's mission is to enrich the experience of deserving postgraduate students by affording them the opportunity to attend the University of St Andrews.

The scholarship is available to graduate students from Canada, Mexico and the USA entering a one-year taught postgraduate masters course: MLitt, MRes, MSc, MPP.
