MSc Physician Associate Studies students can access financial support in the form of a bursary and, in certain circumstances, a hardship fund.
Bursary
A bursary is available to all eligible students and is paid in regular instalments throughout both years of the course. It is intended to alleviate the financial pressures of completing this course and the associated placements.
Hardship
Additional financial support is available from a hardship fund. All applications are assessed on an individual basis, and payments are not guaranteed. It is intended to support students who find themselves with additional financial pressures, over and above the expected norms.
You should ensure that you have accessed all other suitable sources of funding before applying to the hardship fund.
The bursary and hardship fund can be awarded in addition to a Master's Loan from Student Finance England if you are eligible for one.
Sheffield Hallam University is a public research university in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England and one of the UK's largest and most diverse universities.
Candidates will receive the bursary and they can apply for the hardship fund if they are fully enrolled in the MSc Physician Associate Studies course.
