University of Warwick Economics Regional Scholarship 2026

The Department of Economics will award two Master's scholarships covering 100% of fees to students who are nationals of and domiciled in any country in Africa or Latin America. Additionally, one Master's scholarship covering 25% of fees will be awarded to a student who is a national of and domiciled in any country in Europe.

Requirements

To be eligible, students must have firmly accepted their offer by 18 May 2026, for one of the department’s one-year taught MSc courses. These scholarships are designed to enhance access to Master's level study for students from these regions who may otherwise face challenges in pursuing postgraduate education.

Eligibility Criteria:

Eligible courses are:

• MSc Economics
• MSc Economic and International Financial Economics
• MSc Behavioural and Economic Science (Economics Track)
• MSc Economics and Data Science

Please note:

• The scholarships are for full-time study only.
• The scholarships cannot be deferred or transferred to another course outside the Department of Economics.
• You must be self-funding.

Application Deadline

How To Apply

• You must submit your application in the first, second or third round of applications for a master degree in the department of Economics. Any applications after this will not be considered. You must also accept your offer by 18 May 2026.
• There is no separate application process after for this scholarship. All eligible applicants with firmly accepted offers by 18 May 2026 will automatically considered.
