Southampton Philosophy David Humphris-Norman Scholarship 2025

The Southampton Philosophy David Humphris-Norman Scholarship offers £3,000 tuition fee reductions to outstanding UK students and home-fee payers enrolled in the MA in Global Business Ethics and the Philosophy of Management. Up to three scholarships are awarded annually based on academic excellence and the quality of applicants’ postgraduate applications.

Requirements

To be eligible for a scholarship you must: 

• have an offer to study MA Global Business Ethics and the Philosophy of Management
• exceed your course entry requirements, achieving an average of at least 65 in your undergraduate studies or equivalent qualification
• be eligible for home fees

Interview Dates and Process

The selection for the Southampton Philosophy David Humphris-Norman Scholarship is highly competitive and not all applicants will be successful. The shortlisting process comprises three key stages:

1. Verification that applicants meet the stated eligibility criteria.

2. Evaluation of each candidate’s postgraduate application.

3. Final selection by a panel chaired by the Head of Philosophy at the University of Southampton (or a designated representative).

All decisions made by the scholarship panel are final and binding.

You do not need to apply separately for the scholarship. Simply apply for the MA Global Business Ethics and the Philosophy of Management by the 15 July 2025 deadline. If selected, you will be notified via email.
