University College Birmingham is awarding scholarships worth worth 25% of the first-year tuition fee to eligible students who are passionate about sustainability and are entering the University in the 2026-2027 academic session.

Requirements
To apply for this scholarship, you must fulfil the following criteria:
- You must have received and accepted an offer to study on a full-time postgraduate programme at University College Birmingham. Part-time courses, distance learning courses or other levels of study are not eligible.
- You must have overseas fee status and be paying overseas tuition fees. Home fee payers are not eligible.
- The minimum academic requirement is 2:1 honours (or international equivalents).
- This scholarship is available to students’ first year of study only.
- You must have paid at least £1,000 towards your deposit within 14 days of receiving your scholarship offer. Otherwise, the scholarship offer will be withdrawn.
- You agree to provide testimonials, feature in case studies and/or participate in marketing activities upon request.

- Obtain an offer for a programme starting in February 2026, September 2026 or February 2027.
- Submit your application via one of the following links, depending on your intake: February 2026, September 2026 or February 2027. Deadlines can be found below.
- As part of your application, you will be required to submit a personal statement detailing your sustainability-related motivations and anticipated outcomes of your postgraduate course, as well as any prior activity or experience within this area. Your application will then be assessed by a panel of academic staff who have expertise in sustainability.
- You will be notified of the outcome via email.
