The USA Wardlaw Scholarship is available to new students from the United States entering their first year as an undergraduate at St Andrews. This scholarship was established through generous donations from alumni and friends to support students from the USA in their studies at St Andrews. The scholarship forms part of the Wardlaw Scholarship scheme, established in 2004 to provide financial assistance to academically gifted students who would otherwise struggle with the cost of studying at the University of St Andrews.
£10,000 towards tuition fees

Art History, Biology, Chemistry, Classics, Computer Science, Divinity, Earth and Environmental Sciences, English, Film Studies, Geography and Sustainable Development, History, International Relations, Mathematics and Statistics, Medicine, Modern Languages, Philosophy, Physics and Astronomy, Psychology and Neuroscience, Social Anthropology, University of St Andrews Business School
Financial need (Hardship, means tested)

This scholarship is only available to students entering their first year of an undergraduate degree. This includes direct entry into year two of the course, it does not include students transferring from another institution.
