University of Bath 2025 Sir Jack Cater Scholarship

Sir Jack Cater was awarded an Honorary Degree from the University of Bath in 1995.

He was the founding head of Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption, and went on to become Hong Kong's Chief Secretary, Acting Governor and Commissioner in London.

This scholarship is awarded on behalf of his family and the Parthenon Trust to students of nominated Hong Kong universities.

Requirements

• Hong Kong University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), or Hong Kong Baptist University graduates are the minimum requirements for candidacy.
• The applicant must have a confirmed offer from the University of Bath to enroll in a full-time postgraduate master's program in 2024.
• Candidate needs to have embraced their offer—whether it is unconditional or conditional—firmly.
