University of Bath International Excellence Scholarship 2026

The University of Bath is delighted to offer up to 300 Bath International Excellence Scholarships, which are worth £8,000 per academic year (up to £24,000 over three years) for high achieving students joining an undergraduate degree course in September 2026.

Requirements

In order to apply for a Bath International Excellence Scholarship, you must:

• be a new first year applicant assessed as an overseas fee paying student
• have an offer for any undergraduate degree at the University of Bath starting in September 2026

If you are awarded a scholarship then in order to receive it you must choose the University of Bath as your firm choice in your initial UCAS replies.

This scholarship is not available for the March Architecture degree. It is available for BSc Architecture.

Selection Process

In your application you will be asked to answer three questions:

1. How will the scholarship benefit you and help you to achieve your future ambitions?
2. How do your accomplishments and skills make you a good candidate for this scholarship?
3. How will you contribute to the Bath community and act as a future ambassador for the University?

Each question has a character limit of 750.

Your applications will be assessed based on your three answers and your overall academic profile (from your UCAS application).

To make sure you have an outcome when making your firm and insurance choices through UCAS, you will hear from University of Bath no later than:

• 30 April 2026 if you apply by 1 April 2026
• 28 May 2026 if you apply by 14 May 2026
• 9 July 2026 if you apply by 25 June 2026

• Apply and ave an offer for any undergraduate degree at the University of Bath starting in September 2026
• Once you hold an offer of a place at the University of Bath, you can apply through the application form available in your Bath Application Tracker.
