University of Bristol Anne and Peggy Sleigh Bursaries 2024

This award is for Home UK undergraduate female students who are intending to start studying physics or biology.

Awards of £2,500 per year of study will be made to two female students of physics for up to four years, and two female students of biology for up to four years.

Benefits

The bursary is valued at £2,500 per year for up to four years of study. It is awarded in the form of a contribution towards living costs.

Requirements

• The applicant must be a female student from the UK.
• Candidate should be eligible for financial support from your regional funding provider (i.e. Student Finance England, Student Finance Wales, Student Finance Northern Ireland, or Student Awards Agency for Scotland).
• Applicant should be eligible for the financial support available from the UK government in the form of tuition fees and living costs loans from the Student Loans Company.
• Candidate must have an offer (or be awaiting a decision) to study an undergraduate program at the University of Bristol.
• Students must be able to demonstrate a financial need
