University of Edinburgh George David Family Scholarships

We are offering two scholarships, for the sum of £8000 each.  These awards will be tenable for the 2025-2026academic year and will be:

  • Automatically deducted from your tuition fee with any remaining funds being awarded towards living costs.

All scholarship award holders are expected to be energetic members of our postgraduate community, and will engage with opportunities to present their work to the wider student and staff body during the period covered by their award.  We offer our postgraduates a range of training and development opportunities appropriate to their programme of study.

University of Edinburgh Masters Scholarship


Aim and Benefits of University of Edinburgh Masters Scholarship

  • The successful candidates will receive a scholarship award of GBP 8,000 towards tuition fees.

 


Requirements for University of Edinburgh Masters Scholarship Qualification

  • Applicants must be domiciled in Greece or Cyprus.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in an eligible master's program offered by the university.
  • Applicants must be commencing their studies in September 2025.
  • Applicants are expected to obtain, the equivalent of a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level.

How to Apply

Scholarship applications must be submitted online by 23:59 (GMT) on 27/06/2025. 

In order to gain access to the scholarship application system, applicants must have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh.

The online scholarship application form is located in EUCLID and can be accessed via MyEd our web based information portal at https://www.myed.ed.ac.uk - When logging in to MyEd, you will need your University User Name and password.
