The Bill Jenkins Award is a £4,000 scholarship offered by the University of Kent’s School of Social Sciences to support students commencing a Master's degree in September 2025. Awarded on a competitive basis, this scholarship is designed to assist candidates who can demonstrate financial need, with preference given to applicants of the MA in International Public Policy. It is open to both full-time and part-time students and aims to ease the financial burden of postgraduate study.
The School will award one sum of £4,000 on a competitive basis to a successful applicant commencing Master's level study in September 2025.
This Scholarship is now receiving applications, which can be made via your Kent Applicant Portal following receipt of an application for admission to one of the courses detailed above
Applicants should provide a supporting statement explaining why they wish to embark upon their chosen Master's and how the Bill Jenkins Award would benefit them. The statement should not exceed 500 words.
