Up to two full/partial scholarships are available for applicants who are ordinarily resident in and nationals of Pakistan and who are applying to any full or part-time Master’s or DPhil course at Oxford.
You should be intending to return to Pakistan once your course is completed. If you have previously studied outside Pakistan you will not normally be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances that explain why you have studied abroad.
This scholarship is not open to candidates applying for postgraduate certificate or postgraduate diploma courses, or non-matriculated courses.

To be considered for this scholarship, submit your application for graduate study by the relevant January deadline for your course. If you are eligible for this scholarship, you will be contacted by email by the end of April 2025 requesting the completion of a short application form. In completing this form, you will be asked to provide a short statement setting out how you intend to contribute to Pakistan on your return, and how your studies in Oxford will help with this. Only applicants who submit this additional supporting information will be considered for the scholarship.
