The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme cultivates the leaders of tomorrow by providing an opportunity for outstanding university graduates and professionals mainly from developing and emerging economies, but also those who would not otherwise be able to support themselves, to pursue fully-funded graduate studies at the University of Oxford alongside a comprehensive programme of leadership development, long-term mentoring, and networking.
The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme is a fully-funded scholarship aimed at outstanding students from developing and emerging economies, supporting them to pursue graduate studies at the University of Oxford. The scholarship also includes a comprehensive leadership programme, with mentoring, philosophical discussions, business skills training, and communication workshops.

Aim and Benefits of University of Oxford Masters Scholarship
- 100% of course fees covered.
- A grant for living costs of at least £19,237.
- The scholarship will cover the full duration of the student’s fee liability for their course.
Requirements for University of Oxford Masters Scholarship Qualification
- Students from developing and emerging economies.
- Applicants must be ordinarily resident in one of the eligible countries.
- Must be applying for a new graduate course at the University of Oxford and show a commitment to return to their home country to contribute to public life after completing their studies.

- Academic excellence.
- Strong connection between the chosen field of study and future career goals, with a focus on improving public life in the applicant’s country or region.
- Evaluation of the graduate application form, Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships Statement, and performance in an interview (if shortlisted).

How to Apply
- Apply for a graduate course at the University of Oxford and select the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme in the university’s graduate application form.
- Complete and upload the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships Statement alongside your graduate application.
- Ensure your application is submitted by the relevant December or January course deadline.
- If shortlisted, participate in an interview in April 2025.
