We are delighted to offer 5 International Baccalaureate Undergraduate Merit Scholarships in 2024.
The scholarships are competitive awards worth £10,000 towards the tuition fee of an undergraduate programme starting in September 2024. The scholarship is available for new international undergraduate students who meet the eligibility criteria. To be eligible, you must have previously studied or be currently studying an International Baccalaureate Diploma and you must have received an offer to study at the University of Sheffield.

Requirements for University of Sheffield Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification
- Student need to be pursuing the International Baccalaureate Diploma or already possess one.
- Student must be offered a place in the University of Sheffield's undergraduate or foundation degree program, either full or part-time, starting in September 2024.
- Student must be able to pay the foreign tuition charge on their own and be self-funded for the purposes of tuition fees.

- Applicant has provided instances of their accomplishments in extracurricular, volunteer and academic settings that demonstrate leadership and quality.
- Applicant has explained how these accomplishments relate to the University of Sheffield course they are applying for and how that relates to their long-term goals.
