About University of Sheffield

The University of Sheffield (informally Sheffield University) is a public research university in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. It received its royal charter in 1905 as successor to the University College of Sheffield, which was established in 1897 by the merger of Sheffield Medical School (founded in 1828), Firth College (1879) and Sheffield Technical School (1884).

Aim and Benefits of University of Sheffield Masters Scholarship

We are offering two International LLM Scholarships worth £4,320 towards tuition fees for two outstanding students. 

Requirements for University of Sheffield Masters Scholarship Qualification

• Be an overseas student for fee purposes
• have an academic offer from us to study the full-time LLM (includes Sheffield LLM, LLM Corporate and Commercial Law and LLM International Law and Global Justice pathways)
• have an application number

Application Deadline

June 16, 2024

How to Apply

You must complete the International LLM Scholarship application form, including a 2,000 word essay. The essay topic is ‘Law alone cannot address all social problems. Discuss.’ 

Deadline: 16 June 2024

Scholarship applications will be considered together with your application for admission. 

Successful applicants will be notified before the end of July 2024.
