University of Strathclyde is offering the Strathclyde Accommodation Bursary of £1,000 to new entrant students who are coming from England, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Wales and are paying the tuition fee of £9,535 per year and are staying in university accommodation or were referred out to a private accommodation provider by our accommodation service.

Accommodation Bursary of £1,000 to new entrant students.

Requirements

The Bursary is awarded to new undergraduate students who enter the University in the current academic year and pay £9,535 per year tuition fee and meet one of the following criteria:

• are staying in university accommodation
• or were referred out to a private accommodation provider by our accommodation service
• or applied for university accommodation before the deadline of 21 August 2025 and were unsuccessful or are on the waiting list.

How To Apply

• Eligible students will be identified automatically through their application to University accommodation.
• If you are eligible you will receive an email to your University of Strathclyde email address. All eligible students should hear by the middle of October
• The award is paid directly to your bank account.

The award is dependent on your continued attendance at University.
