For image-based work:
Up to 15 pages of images
Each image numbered, dated, and labelled (include title, size, materials used)
For theory-based work:
Submit an essay or written project you consider your best
Mixed portfolios combining images and writing are also allowed
Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Résumé
Evidence of Household Income
(Translated copies required if not in English)
Examples include:
Student’s bank statements (last 3 months)
Parent’s or partner’s payslips (last 3 months)
Annual tax returns or statements
Proof of other scholarships or financial support
Investment/bond/savings documentation (for student or parent/partner)
Evidence of Medical Condition (if applicable)
Recent doctor’s or hospital letters (signed and dated within the last 3 months)
Evidence of Financial Hardship (if applicable)
Overdraft statements
Overdue rent/bills
Debt collection or bailiff letters
To apply for the Gaudio Family Foundation Scholarship, follow the steps below carefully:
Complete the Online Application Form
Log in to the UAL Student Portal.
Navigate to the Funding tab.
Fill out and submit the Gaudio Family Foundation Scholarship online application form.
Upload the Required Supporting Documents
Along with the application form, you must upload the following documents via the Student Portal:

Your portfolio should reflect your best work and must include:

C. Evidence of Household Income
Provide documents such as:
If you're a dependent, include your parent/guardian's income; if you're independent, include your partner’s income.
Documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified translation.
