Our 2023 Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarships offer funding awards to international students across undergraduate and postgraduate taught levels of study.

Awards from £2,000 are available to international students across a wide range of subject areas and will be offered in the form of a tuition fee discount.

Requirements for Cardiff University Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

  • Applicants must submit their application through UCAS by 30 June 2023 and meet or exceed the requirements as stated exactly in their formal UCAS offer.
  • Candidates must confirm Cardiff University as their Firm choice by the UCAS deadline, and meet all offer conditions, including any English Language conditions.
  • Applicants who do not meet the requirements of their formal UCAS offer will not be eligible for the Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship, even if they are accepted into the University.

Interested and qualified? Go to Cardiff University on to apply

International applicants who are holding offers for selected undergraduate programmes will automatically be considered for a Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship of £2,000.

You must submit your application through UCAS by 30 June 2023 and if you meet, or exceed, the conditions stated in your UCAS offer, or, if you are initially awarded an unconditional offer, you will automatically be granted the scholarship as a tuition fee discount.
