Aim and Benefits of University of Kent Undergraduate Scholarship

If you receive an offer and pay your tuition fee deposit on or before 30 June 2024, you'll get a discount of £2500 from your tuition fee, for one year of study. If you receive an offer and pay your tuition fee deposit on or before 31 July 2024, you'll get an automatic discount of £1500 from your tuition fee, for one year of study.

Requirements for University of Kent Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

• Open to undergraduate and postgraduate taught applicants of full time UK programmes from OR domiciled in China, for September 2024 entry
• Applicants must have paid their tuition fee deposit by 30 June 2024 for a £2500 discount, or 31 July 2024 for a £1500 discount*
• The Kent Future Student Scholarship can be held alongside most other scholarships and bursaries. So, if you already qualify for a separate scholarship, you can still take advantage of this opportunity**

Interview date, Process and Venue for University of Kent Undergraduate Scholarship

Please note that this scholarship is only available to students assessed as overseas fee payers.

Applicants who have applied for an undergraduate course which includes a foundation year are not eligible.

Applicants who have applied for a Masters which includes an integrated pre-Masters are not eligible to receive the scholarship.

Applicants who have applied for distance learning programmes are not eligible.

Applicants who have applied for KMMS programmes are not eligible. 

Applicants who have applied for the Finance (Dual Award) MSc are not eligible.

Applicants who have applied for a PCert or PDip programme are not eligible.

*Please note that these deadlines cannot be extended under any circumstances.

** If you apply for any other scholarship or discount from the University of Kent, please read the conditions of award to see if the award can be held alongside other offers.

There is no application process. All eligible applicants who have paid their deposit by the stated deadlines will be contacted with a scholarship offer in due course, which they will need to accept.
