50% of the tuition fees for one year of study
Requirements for University of Kent Postgraduate Scholarship Qualification
- Open to female students from, and domiciled in, India.
- Applicants will be shortlisted based on their academic performance.
- Applicants must have received a conditional or unconditional offer for a full-time programme by the deadline* in order to be considered for the award.
- Candidates must be available for video interview, via Microsoft Teams, to be held in the week commencing 10 June 2024, exact date to be confirmed, and this is subject to be changed.
*Please note that the scholarship deadline cannot be extended under any circumstances. This includes applicants that have not received an offer before 24 May.

In order to apply for this scholarship you must have made an application for a programme of study at: https://www.kent.ac.uk/courses/postgraduate/how-to-apply/index.html.
- Providing you meet the above eligibility criteria, you will then be able to apply for this scholarship via your applicant portal.
- NOTE: If you have not received an offer for your programme of study, the option to apply for this scholarship will not appear in your applicant portal. The scholarship deadline will not be extended.
- You will be asked to upload a CV, and an essay of no more than 500 words, about your leadership experience and aspirations, and how your chosen Kent programme will help you to develop your leadership potential. Applications will be considered based on academic excellence. Where students are academically equivalent, the strength of the application essay will be taken into account, when selecting the students who will go through to the interview round.
All documents must be in either Microsoft Word or PDF format, documents that are not sent in this format, will not be reviewed. Please do NOT send documents via Google Docs or SharePoint.
