Analyse files and prepare quotations in line with clients' expectations
• Liaise and negotiate with linguists
• Perform Quality Assurance tasks and short translations where required
• Customer service (emails, answering calls)
• Linguist database updates as required
• Ad-hoc admin tasks
Please note that all internships are consultative. This means that both you and your supervisor will need to be proactive in discussing the details of the role, setting targets and regular check-ins both prior to arrival and during your internship.

University degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)
• Native speaking or very good command of English
• Attention to details while multitasking and time management
• Communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
• Understanding of key financial principles
• Customer-focused, keen to exceed client expectations
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with different file formats
• Flexibility to work independently, as part of a team and under supervision
