University of Warwick 2025 Chancellors' International Scholarships

The Warwick Chancellor’s International Scholarships recognize exceptional international postgraduate researchers who enhance the university’s dynamic global research community. For the 2025/26 academic year, up to £5 million will be allocated to fund up to 42 scholarships, awarded to the most outstanding international PhD candidates.

Benefits

• The full payment of tuition fees
• A maintenance stipend paid at the prevailing UKRI rate for 3.5 years
• A Research, Training and Supporting Grant (RTSG) of £5,000.
• For eligible scholars, the opportunity to apply for financial support towards the cost of immigration to the UK.

Requirements

• Apply for a PhD at the University of Warwick to begin in October 2025;
• Be assessed as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes. There are no other nationality criteria;
• Be from any discipline at Warwick.

Scholarships cannot be deferred to the next academic year.
